The necessity of preventive measures aimed at improvement of labor conditions in Agro Industrial Complex and its strategic branch - agriculture under the conditions of Russia membership in the WTO is proved. Innovative organizational and technical solutions providing the correspondence of working process flow environment to the sanitary hygienic standards and labor protection requirements for operators of small-capacity threshing devices and boom sprayers of barrow type are suggested on the ground of study of complex system of mechanization of selected and seed breeding process and utilized machine complex.
