Введение. Улучшение качества оказания медицинской помощи привело к увеличению продолжительности жизни пациентов с ДЦП и повышению числа взрослых больных, страдающих церебральным параличом. Вместе с тем, после завершения естественного роста усугубляются функциональные двигательные ограничения, и увеличивается риск появления болевого синдрома. Целью данной работы стало исследование литературы, посвященной проблеме ортопедического хирургического лечения у подростков и взрослых с ДЦП, относящихся к I-IV уровням двигательных расстройств по GMFCS, а также предварительный анализ проведенного ортопедического хирургического лечения данной категории пациентов в нашем учреждении. Материалы и методы. Изучены результаты многоуровневых одномоментных вмешательств у 165 пациентов старше 16 лет. В выборку для анализа вошли случаи, отвечающие следующим критериям: возраст 16 и старше лет, спастические формы ДЦП, уровни I-IV по классификации GMFCS. Кроме того, части пациентам проводилась ботулинотерапия на этапах хирургического лечения...
