Хирургическое лечение колоректальных метастазов в печень: современное состояние и перспективы развития

Хирургический метод является единственным радикальным методом лечения метастазов рака прямой и ободочной кишки в печень. Был про­изведен обзор публикаций по современным методам хирургического лечения в сети PubMed, eLibrary, Google. Выяснено, что современные методики способствуют минимизации послеоперационных осложнений, а летальность не превышает 5%. При этом отдаленная 5-летняя выживаемость достигает 40-58%. Методика резекций активно развивается и в лапароскопической хирургии, где результаты сопоставимы с аналогичными при традиционных подходах. Оптимистичными выглядят результаты трансплантации печени, достигая 60% общей 5-летней выживаемости.
