Problems of co-morbidity of neuroses in combatants

The issues of diagnostics of co-morbidity of exogenous organic brain disorders and neuroses in combatants are discussed. The most common psychopathological symptoms of this group of patients were revealed. The analysis of 4054 medical records of patients examined by a psychiatrist has been carried out. It shows the necessity of such diagnostics which give the opportunity to optimize treatment and rehabilitation schemes.
