Civil procedure and administrative justice

The paper deals with the relationship between civil procedure and administrative justice in Russia. The Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation, the Code of Administrative Procedure, including the Code of Administrative Judicial Procedure are integrally connected with judicial activities. Judicial activities are subject to certain established rules, which do not depend on the type of proceedings and reflect the essence of judicial activities. Taking into account the current state of the legislation, the judicial form of administrative justice from the position of the Code of Administrative Judicial Procedure is judicial administrative procedure. The extra-judicial form of administrative justice is more typical for administrative procedure.
