Russian governmental investment policy of 1991 – the 2000th according to contemporary domestic historiography

Article is devoted to reflection of problems of formation and development of the Russian governmental investment policy at a turn of the XX-XXI centuries in researches of the Russian scientists. The article shows the thematic range of scientific publications on problems of the Russian investment policy in 1991 – the 2000th, characterizes thematic complexes of researches in the field of economic history of Russia of the latest time, publications in the field of development of the international investment cooperation of the Russian Federation, concerning economic modernization of the Russian regions. The author traces formation of a historical perspective of studying of this problem in works of a legal and economic profile which make the main volume of the scientific literature devoted to investment activity in Russia 1990 now – the 2000th. In article the most significant works of the Russian authors in the scientific-theoretical relation reflecting historical experience of formation of legal, institutional and organizational bases of investment space of Russia are allocated. The author comes to a conclusion that studying of the state investment policy of the Russian Federation in 1991 – the 2000th represents a theoretical and scientific and practical task which can be solved within the historical research. The article characterizes the complex of historical sources which has developed so far on a subject of the state investment policy which volume, completeness and a variety create a possibility of carrying out a complex complete historical research.
