Gypsum binders with complex additives based on aluminosilicates and Portland cement

Бесплатный доступ

The article presents the main results of the study of the effect of aluminum silicate-based additives on the properties and structure of gypsum binder. It was proved that the introduction of modifiers such as dehydrated clay and metakaolin leads to an increase in strength characteristics and an improvement in the physical and technical properties of the binder. Use of Portland cement as an activator promotes intensification of hydration and hardening processes, leading to formation of amorphous products based on calcium hydrosilicates and hydroaluminates, which bind gypsum crystals and lead to improvement of physical and mechanical properties of binding agents based on calcium sulfate.
