Formation and development of social and professional activity of students in the university

The article deals with the types of social activity directions and the subjective factors of the social activity formation. The results of a sociological researches conducted at the SPbSEU are presented and are devoted to the examine of the social and professional students activity and the conditions organized by the university. Social activity is a person's quality that determines the realization of purposeful and socially significant activity. As a result, studies have revealed that the socio-professional activity is developed among students at an average level. All identified problems associated with the social and professional stents' асйуку сап Ье сошЫпеё into а пишЬег о! ЫоскБ. ТЪе first group о! ргоЫегш is connected with the personal perception of social and professional activity, which implies incorrectly formed perception of social and professional activity among students, where one of the characteristics - social - is almost completely excluded. The second group of problems is caused by the discrepancy of the real conditions created by the University Formation and developшent о! те social апё professional students' асйуку, as desired. In accordance with each of the problems groups, recommendations were developed to remedy the situation. Their main goal is to raise awareness of the social significance of social activity and to modernize the conditions created by the university for the students' social and professional activity development.
