The philosophical analysis of scientific revolution from a new perspective

Бесплатный доступ

Scientific revolution is among the traditional objects of philosophical analysis. After the introduction of this concept by Thomas Kuhn, the image of scientific revolution became deeper and more accurate due as it came to be perceived as the change of not only the leading theories but also the system of scientific knowledge foundations. After that, the image of scientific revolution has not changed seriously. The problem is that this image is still not realistic enough. In order to enhance the realism of the image, the author suggests treating scientific revolution from a new perspective, as a stage-wise process.
