It is shown that from the existence of electromagnetic momentum flow and from the law of momentum conservation there follows the existence of a previously unknown force. The author suggests to experimenters to verify the generation of Khmelnik force and to supplement its name by their own names

It is known that Lorentz Force and Ampere force contradicts the Third Newton Law, but it does not contradict the more general Law of Momentum Conservation, as the electromagnetic field has a momentum. From this it follows that the Lorentz and Ampere forces must be balanced by the flow of electromagnetic momentum. However, as far as the author knows, there is no corresponding quantitative comparison and therefore it is discussed below. In particular, it is shown that some of the corollaries of the Momentum Conservation Law can be found.

Several technical solutions of using low-grade heat for cooling heat engines of power plants are considered. The methods of computer modeling of heat and mass transfer and aerodynamics and hydrodynamics were used to calculate the efficiency coefficient for cooling circulating water of power plants for two types of evaporative cooling towers with a natural drought and different classes of configuration of water and air flows: counter flow and cross flow. The growth of the efficiency coefficient was established for natural drought towers with external heat transfer compared to conventional cooling towers where the heat transfer occurs inside the tower.

This article presents the results of the experimental research of rotating mass force effects in vacuum having a variable quadrupole moment on solids. During the research the values of forces and moments, exciting rotation and repulsion of solids from rotating mass were measured. The mass-dynamic force which was ascertained during our experiments was approximately 2.5…2.7 N while the value of torque was about 1 N·cm. On the grounds of experimentally ascertained force effects, we can assume that a type of interaction under the condition of the presence of a relative mass movement similar to a relative electric charge movement, plays an important role in nature

It is offered to consider classical mechanics as an equal branch of the uniform theory of transfer and transformation of any forms of energy (energodynamics) based on the principle of discernability of processes. It is shown that such approach demands correction of a number of her basic concepts and the principles. Along with it a synthesis of all three laws of Newton is undertaken: the principle of inertia - on rotary motion; the principle of force – on forces of any nature; the principle of counteraction – on the energy transformation phenomena. The unity of the nature of all forces is opened and the uniform way of their stay is offered. A theoretical conclusion of the world law of gravitation, proceeding from the heterogeneity of distribution of matter in space is given. The conclusion is drawn on a possibility of further synthesis of theoretical fundamentals of modern natural sciences.

It is not understanding, why physicists haven’t paid attention to the elementary solution of the question about the formation of inertia mass and elementary explanation of gravity force till now. As soon as velocity-addition formula has been received by Einstein, it has become clear that derivative of total velocity of one of velocities gives two summands. At that it was clear that there can be the situation, when additional speeds would be for some object with plus and with minus at once. In this case the result for two results of total velocity can be averaged and it would be possible to receive the summand of concrete figure instead of zero result which depends on the direction of varying velocity. This improvidence of scholars causes that last one hundred years scholars have been working meaninglessly but not for the development of science in this sphere.

Using de Broglie's ideas a hypothesis is substantiated according to which the electromagnetic structure of a photon is determined by two periodic processes with different frequencies. An appropriate solution to the Maxwell system of equations is found that describes the field of a photon as a stable electromagnetic soliton consisting of a needle-like core and a surrounding shell. Herewith, the core surface is a single-layer winding consisting of two very narrow, parallel running and oppositely charged ribbons. Formulas for calculating parameters of photons are obtained. Examples of such calculations for photons in optical and gamma-ray spectra are given that evidence the plausibility of the proposed model. It is shown that an electromagnetic field similar to photon can be created on macroscopic scales. Suggested that it was precisely such a field that was generated in the famous experiments of N. Tesla.

This article is a revised version of the previous article [14] to reflect the new Samohvalov articles and other articles [20-23]. Thus, Maxwell-similar gravitation equations and the experiments of Samokhvalov are considered. It is noted that the observed effects are so significant, that in order to explain them within the said Maxwell-similar gravitation equations these equations should be supplemented by a certain empirical coefficient that may be named gravitational permeability of the medium. Then it is shown that with such supplement the results of experiments are in good agreement with so modified gravitation equations. A crude estimate of this coefficient is given. Some corollaries of these equations are considered, in particular, the gravitational excitation of electric current, the impact of gravito-magnetic induction on the electric current. Some phenomena that can be explained with the aid of these equations are indicated. This paper is a translation of paper [24].

New look at the relativistic particle dynamics in external field

The assumption is made that external field effects the nature of particle’s movement not only straight by force effect but also implicitly through particle rest mass change. The concept of the local effective rest mass of a particle in an external field is introduced. The expressions Lagrange and Hamilton functions, which explicitly take into account such change, are proposed and justified. Based on these expressions the new equation of relativistic particle motion in external scalar field, new expressions for conservation laws and changes of the total particle energy and its angular momentum and a number of other relations between particle dynamic parameters are produced. It is shown that the obtained equations and relations have a number of undoubted advantages over the corresponding well-known equations and equalities of traditional relativistic physics. An explanation of the «mass defect» phenomenon is given and the physical sense of the effect is revealed. It is shown that despite the possibility of the existence of particles with negative local effective rest masses in separate limited areas of the field the proposed model does not allow particles to move at superlight speed.

It is shown that the thermodynamic theory of speed of irreversible processes should be built on own methodological basis, but not by extrapolation of classical thermodynamics for strict frames of its initial concepts of equilibrium and reversibility. The principles of creation of such theory are offered. They are based on the systems concept, exclude application of hypotheses, postulates and model representations in the theory bases, don't resort to idealization of processes and systems in them and explicitly consider spatial non-uniformity of the researched systems

It is noted that the known solution for a spherical electromagnetic wave does not satisfy the law of conservation of energy (it is retained only on the average), the electric and magnetic intensities of the same name (by coordinates) are in phase, only one from system of Maxwell's equations is satisfied, the solution is not wave solution, there is no flow of energy with real value. A solution is offered that is free from these shortcomings.

Specificity of anomalous radiation is explained from the point of view of the non-electromagnetic theory of light, according to which the luminiferous medium is unobservable (non-baryonic) matter, which is the main component of the universe. Proceeding from the possibility of studying its properties on the basis of observations of baryon (visible) matter as a product of its condensation, the most important properties of this matter and the expected relationships between the parameters characterizing these properties are revealed. It is shown that because of the instability of the stationary state of non-baryonic matter, spherical density waves arise in it, leading to the formation of elements of baryonic matter and to the appearance of traveling waves that make the latter visible. Proceeding from the principle of equivalence of mass and energy, an estimate of their energy is given and the unity of the laws of radiant energy exchange with other its forms is established. Some resemblance of non-baryonic matter with ether is noted and the possibility of a consistent explanation of the specificity of anomalous radiations with respect to the transfer of medicinal properties of medical preparations via communication lines is substantiated. Experimental evidence of the advanced non-electromagnetic concept of light is presented.

The existing concept of the nature of nuclear forces has a number of disadvantages. The article proves that these forces can be substantiated as a consequence of Maxwell's equations. In this case, it is assumed that the nucleons rotate around their own axis with a certain angular velocity 𝜔𝜔. It is shown that the detected repulsive forces exceed the Coulomb forces of attraction by a factor of 𝜔𝜔. It is shown that, in spite of mutual attraction, rotating nucleons cannot touch.
