An examination procedure is an extra stressor, seriously influencing on cardiohemodynamics of a young human. 17 female persons, the graduates of Volgograd state university, were surveyed with the tetrapolar rheoencephalography method. The surveys were conducted twice: 4 months before the examination and in a day of the examination. On both stages, the subjects were making active orthostatic samples. The variation of a total sphygmic blood filling of a cerebral circulation, the tonus of cerebral arteries with different diameter, and the conditions of the venous drainage were researched. It was established that in conditions of the examination stress hemodynamic effects of the orthostatic sample appears insignificantly compared to a condition of a psychoemotional peace. However, the significant decrease of the small cerebral arteries tonus, caused by the examination procedure, is accompanied with the functional disorders of cerebral venous drainage. These variations of hemodynamics may be the trigger of regional angiodystrophys.
