In the article the most important is the tenth mandala in the complex “Rigvedy”, in which the first value-mental and thematic transformations were recorded in the mental space of the culture of Ancient India at the beginning of the reconstruction era of the axial time of the VII - IV B.C. This fundamental revaluation was manifested in the loss of the highest sacred status by the Vedic gods. If earlier Indra, Agni and other gods acted as the supreme instance, the absolute and perfect pattern, provoking only a sincere admiration for their strength and gratitude for the constant generosity, then gradually they lose their power and energy. The main event of the initial phase of the ancient Indian great mental revolution was the inclusion of the mechanism of universal rational evaluation and comprehension of everything. Before the ancient Indian intellectuals an unlimited field for studying the unknown was opened. The objects of research were both the fundamental foundations of being, the processes of the first birth, and the phenomena of religious and social life.
