The authors draw attention to an increase in the number of conflicts and crimes related to communication in parental chats. The complexity of the definition of the concept of «speech aggression» is noted, since there is no single form of behavior that reflects speech aggression, and the heterogeneity of its manifestation by motivation, forms of expression. Examples are given where disagreements in parental chat rooms became the reason for physical violence in reality. In conclusion, the authors note the difficulty in bringing responsibility for speech aggression in chats and give their recommendations if there are signs of speech aggression in chats.
