Digitalisation and Russian education: managerial aspects

The article discusses the problems associated with the digitalization of Russian society, as well as the main factors and challenges associated with the educational training of modern personnel to improve the competitiveness of the Russian economy in the global world. The authors show that the key factor of human capital productivity growth is the development of creativity and creative potential of modern school and university graduates.
