The article presents a part of the teacher’s experimental work with cadets of the law institute of the MVD. This work is devoted to cadets’ personality self-management development. The author focuses on the condition of goal-setting, exposes the cluster of psychological and pedagogical programme oriented on the development of axiological component of cadets’ self-management and data concerning the forming experiment.
