Schizophrenic patients with hospital aggression. Report 2. Clinical traits of patients with continuous type of course of paranoid schizophrenia

Among patients with aggressive behavior at psychiatric hospital, patients with continuous type of course of paranoid schizophrenia have constituted 44,60 % from total number of patients with schizophrenia spectrum disorders. As a whole, in patients with continuous course of paranoid schizophrenia, negative disturbances of distinctive severity predominated which were characterized by combined disturbances in emotional, volitional and associative sphere of mental activity.
