Цель исследования - изучение ассоциации полиморфизмов Ser447Ter (C-G) гена LPL и rs9939609 гена FTO с ожирением у детей и подростков Ростовской обл. (Россия). В исследовании «случай-контроль» изучена взаимосвязь полиморфизмов rs9939609 гена FTO и Ser447Ter (S447X) гена LPL с ожирением у 520 детей и подростков обоего пола в возрасте от 3 до 18 лет: основную группу составили 370 детей и подростков с ожирением, а контрольную - 150 детей и подростков без ожирения. Генотипирование полиморфизмов выполнено с использованием ПЦР-аллель-специфичных праймеров. Полиморфизмы генов FTO (rs9939609) и LPL (Ser447Ter) в образцах донорской ДНК были типизированы электрофоретическим методом с применением коммерческих тест-систем компании «Литех» (Россия).
