Assertiveness as a motivational the component of the subject's resilience

The article presents an analysis of the relationship between the manifestation of the subject's resilience depending on his personal characteristics at the level of assertiveness. The dependence of the self-manifestation of a personality in various critical and difficult situations is shown, while maintaining assertive behavior, allowing him to provide stable resilience, resourcefulness and transformative activity of personal activity. The properties of the subject characteristic of assertiveness were defined as motivational factors that allow the subject to manifest himself on the line of self-preservation of basic life positions, a stable emotional background and self-confidence, which allows him to make decisions that contribute to the successful resolution of a difficult situation from the perspective of its favorable resolution for himself. The importance of qualitative indicators of cognitive, emotional, motivational factors with a high degree of assertiveness is reflected, allowing the subject to maintain faith in himself, analyze in detail and orient himself in a difficult situation, finding the best creative solution to overcome it. Assertiveness allows you to create a stable resilience of the subject due to the low or absent component of dependence on someone else's opinion, which changes the perception of external circumstances and internal understanding of the situation. This in its entirety makes assertive behavior a qualitative indicator of personality for the formation of his resilience.
