Анемии в пожилом и старческом возрасте

Анемический синдром выявляется у 1/3 популяции. Гериатрические пациенты являются одной из основных групп риска развития анемии. Наиболее распространенными видами анемий у пациентов старших возрастных групп являются железодефицитные и В12дефицитные анемии, анемии хронических заболеваний, анемии при патологии почек и миелодиспластическом синдроме. Любая анемия приводит к снижению качества жизни, повышению заболеваемости и летальности и требует своевременной диагностики и лечения.
