Анализ факторов риска осложнений каротидной эндартерэктомии в ранний период после инсульта

Цель: анализ предикторов осложнений каротидной эндартерэктомии в ранний восстановительный период после инсульта. Материал и методы. Проведен ретроспективный анализ результатов ранней каротидной эндартерэктомии у 88 пациентов с симптомным стенозом внутренней сонной артерии (ВСА) более 50% (по данным NASCET, North American Symptomatic Carotid Endarterectomy Trial) в сроки до 30 дней после инсульта. Проведен однофакторный и регрессионный анализ предикторов инсульта, инфаркта миокарда, 30-дневной летальности. Результаты. Ипсилатеральный инсульт наблюдался у трех пациентов (3,4%). В одном случае инсульт был летальным. Среди значимых факторов риска при однофакторном анализе выявлены женский пол (р=0,009; ОШ=5,31; ДИ95%: 3,42-8,26), стеноз оперированной артерии
