Hardiness and quality of life of workers of atomic industry

The article raises the problem of assessing physical and psychological health of the representatives of the atomic industry workers and resources of coping with the negative influence of production conditions. The severity of indicators of hardiness and quality of life among atomic production workers are determined, three types of workers according to the nature of the relationship between satisfaction with the health condition and the severity of the psychological resource of hardiness are specified. The criteria for assessing levels of professional health among workers in atomic production, the possibility of providing medical and psychological assistance for risk group with mental and physical health problems, target of the prevention and correction of problems of professional longevity and development of the atomic industry workers are determined.
