At present the problem of homeless stands sufficiently sharply. Therefore questions of the social protection of the persons without the specific place of residence leave to the foreground. The foreign countries accumulated sufficiently large work experience with the homeless, especially in the USA, France, Canada and some other countries. Foreign work experience with the homeless can be used in the social work with this category of the population of Russia.
