Consolidation of various types of expertise in federal and regional legislation: comparative aspect

This scientific article examines the regional legislation on regulatory legal acts, analyzes the provisions on the examination of legislation, its types and procedure. The analysis of regional legislation indicates insufficient elaboration of this issue, at the same time positive examples are called (Moscow, Karelia, Sverdlovsk Region, Chukotka Autonomous District). The author substantiates the need to create a unified federal law on regulatory legal acts, which includes provisions on the examination of laws and draft laws.
