Heat treatment regularity for viscose products in plate scrapers heat exchanger

The current work describes the construction of scraper plate-type heat exchangers currently used n industry and the traffic pattern of the product in it. An analytical model is represented and it is also posed the problem of the analytical determination of the required area of heat exchange with the use of differential equations of heat transfer in a moving liquid media, written in cylindrical coordinates, for symmetrical temperature distribution, without taking into account the energy dissipation.
