Interrelation of criminal law and proceedings on the example of incentive legal relations

Analyzing the essence and content of criminal law and criminal procedural legal relations, the author comes to the conclusion about their obvious correlation in the framework of incentive legal relations in criminal proceedings. Defining incentive criminal procedural legal relations as interdependent and interconditional relations that develop in the context of criminal proceedings in the implementation of substantive incentive norms and criminal procedural norms that provide for the procedure for this implementation, the author emphasizes that the initiation and implementation of incentive legal relations occurs within the framework of incentive forms of criminal justice.
