Relationship of the project and company strategies

In this paper, the project management was considered as the basis of the company's strategy. A relationship has been established between traditional project management and organizational strategies that ensure that the goals of the organization are clearly established and achieved in order to create values for the owners, customers, employees and other stakeholders of the organization.
