The interaction between economics and constitutional law implies the specification of constitutional provisions in sectoral legislation. This scientific article examines the relationship between economics and constitutional law. Considering that constitutional law is the main lever in the system of legal relations, it also exerts influence on the economy, allowing it to achieve such important goals as ensuring an adequate level of economic freedom and creating conditions for competition on the basis of equality.
