Mutual influence of components in the composite (KH2PO4)1-х / (Pb0.95Ge0.05Te)х

The dielectric properties of composites (КН 2PO 4) 1-х /(Pb 0.95Ge 0.05Te) х. It is shown that an increase in the proportion of Pb 0.95Ge 0.05Te dielectric permittivity increases significantly and strongly depends on the frequency, phase transition (Tc = 123 K) and smeared on the temperature during '(T) hysteresis appears. The contribution of an additional mechanism of polarization associated with the accumulation of free carriers at the borders of the domain walls and grains, compensating the spontaneous polarization.
