Modern society places high demands on graduates of higher educational institutions. The graduates must have critical thinking, generate new ideas, be sociable, be able to work in a team, constantly develop their intellect, make decisions in uncertain, non-standard situations, be competent and competitive specialists. In this regard, universities are constantly introducing innovative processes into training, in particular, individual educational trajectories with not only professional, but also meta-subject, universal competencies. At the same time, the emphasis is on practice-oriented training of students, the development of practical skills that are in demand in the labor market. The article reveals the system of building the educational process at the university, which significantly improves the quality of training of future specialists.
