Higher professional education as a factor in the employment of graduates

Modern society places high demands on graduates of higher educational institutions. In this regard, universities are constantly introducing innovative processes into training, in particular, individual educational trajectories with not only professional, but also meta-subject, universal competencies. At the same time, the emphasis is on practice-oriented training of students, the development of practical skills that are in demand in the labor market.
