The altitudinal landscapes structure of Mongun-Taiga highland massif

Article is devoted to the analysis of altitudinal landscapes structure of Mongun-Taiga highland massif. Isolation and morphological features of the massif promote formation of specific type of altitudinal zonality, namely - to combination of mountain-tundra, mountain meadow and mountain-steppe geosystem at one hypsometric levels. Detailed inspection of massif landscapes allowed to reveal regularities and features of their distribution, and also on the basis of climatic characteristics calculated values to estimate ecological-climatic conditions, the reference for different types of geosystems. Results of such analysis will allow to simulate potential reactions of landscape structure to climate changes.
