The article deals with the formation and development of endurance in the study and improvement of throwing technique in a physical training class for cadets and students studying in educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. Includes a variety of throws: throw through the thigh, throw through the back, throw the front footboard, throw the back footboard, throw the back footboard with a leg grab, throw with a two - legged front grab, throw with a two - legged back grab, from the order of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs dated July 1 2017 No. 450 (as amended on 07.27.2020). When studying the throwing technique, endurance exercises were used in the intervals, such as jumping with claps, jumping up (with knees pressed to the chest), flexion, extension of the arms in the prone position (narrow grip), flexion, extension of the arms in the prone position (wide grip), lifting torso lying on your back, the “book” exercise, paired push - ups with claps and at the end of the lesson, a hitch exercise.
