Category of conceptual tourist assets: the resource support for tourism

The increase in tourism has enhanced differentiation of resources and building new assets based on original concepts and needs. Innovations in the tourism industry encourage new varieties of resources, which do not belong to a particular group in a classification. The author identifies a group of conceptual tourist resources and examines their types.
