Aims: To improve the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer recurrence with the use of sonography. Materials and Methods: 88 patients with recurrent ovarian cancer who underwent sonographic examinations. Results: Any changes in architectonic pelvis (thickening of the pelvic peritoneum, the appearance of the liquid, the appearance of cystic or solid particles) determined sonography, should be considered as a recurrence of the disease.
