The improvement of combating new expressions of corruption in the Russian Federation

The criminological characteristic of one of the new ways of concealment of corrupt relationships in the Russian economy - application of an informal electronic payments and settlement system of transferring funds - «hawala» is given. The necessity of complex application of the legislation against corruption is justified. The expediency to focus on the prevention of corruption crimes is proved. The proposals aimed at improving the efficiency of state control in the sphere of credit cooperation and microfinance activity are formulated.
