Issues of data collection and storage in the assessment system of IT-department efficiency

The article describes the approaches to the collection and storage of raw data for the assessment system of information technology department efficiency. Information flows of input data are identified and organisational methods to obtain them are justified. A scheme to collect input data is offered.
