Afghanistan war: where is the end of?

In the article the author examines the problems connected with the long drown-out war in Afghanistan. It's nearly ten years as USA militaries and its NATO allies try to defeat the Islamic opposition. The official aim of the coalition troops is the battle against terrorism but as a matter of fact (to the author's opinion) USA and the West are striving to consolidate its hold on the Central Asia region's natural resources.
