Explosive method of compaction loess soils with their videosystem is an effective method of improving the physical and mechanical properties of grounds. The article contains the results of experimental research on the influence of dynamic vibration impacts on the efficiency of the seals loess soils saturated with the use of vertical sand drains, which testify to the prospects of the use of explosive method seals in combination with the device of drains in the Foundation soil. These findings open the perspectives of a combination of dynamic vibration methods seal with the device of drains in the soils of the basis for acceleration of process of consolidation of soils and improvement of the quality seal of the grounds.
