The effect of lead acetate and mineral fertilizers on the plant growth and evolution as well as on the biogenic elements content in a sod-brown soil of two ecosystems has been studied. The high degree of the soils degradation under the prolonged agricultural use has been established. This results in reducing of the total carbon and total nitrogen content and in decreasing of the plants productivity and resistibility against pollution.
