The results of studying the hemostasis system are demonstrated in the work for 48 patients treated by monolocal bilateral osteosynthesis (MBO) and bilocal monolateral osteosynthesis (BMO) used for lengthening of lower limbs. It was revealed that neither MBO nor BMO caused gross violations of the hemostasis system because screening tests (bleeding duration), physiologic anticoagulants and plasminogen amount didn't have statistically significant changes during treatment. However, more marked changes in the studied thrombocytic, coagulation hemostasis, activation of blood intravascular coagulation were observed for bilateral surgical intervention
