Impact of the COVID-19 virus pandemic on the restaurant market of the Krasnoyarsk territory: scenarios and prospects for recovery

The article presents the results of a study of the restaurant market in the Krasnoyarsk territory in two time sections - the state of the market before the COVID19 virus pandemic and the prospects for its recovery after the end of the pandemic. The study was conducted in the context of comparative analysis of pre-crisis trends and possible trends in the development of the restaurant market in the post-pandemic period. Scenarios of market recovery and forecasts of changes in its landscape in the Krasnoyarsk territory are presented.
