Impact of the pandemic on the economy of Kazakhstan

The authors consider the impact of the state of emergency declared in the Republic of Kazakhstan in connection with the spread of COVID-19 on the economy of the state. The authors reveal the historical impact of the pandemic, from the virus known as «Spaniard», provide a statistical comparison of changes in income of various sectors of the economy during the COVID-19 pandemic, and consider methods of state regulation of anti-crisis measures during the pandemic.
