The results of the research the influence of pyrogenic factor on chernozem enzymatic activity are presented in article. The enzymatic activity of soils has decreased with pyrogenic action. The degree of influence of the pyrogenic factor is determined by the duration of the fall, the amount of organic combustion material and the time elapsed since the fall. Enzymes from different classes react to pyrogenic effects in varying degrees. In general, the hydrolases are more resistant to the impact than the oxidoreductase. The catalase activity was more sensitive to the pyrogenic factor of oxidoreductases, compared to the activity of dehydrogenases, the activity of invertase from the hydrolase class was more sensitive than the activity of phosphatase. The restoration of enzymatic activity of soils has a nonlinear character after the fall. Catalase activity approaches control values faster than dehydrogenase activity, invertase activity is more rapidly restored than phosphatase activity.
