The purpose of research is to study the effectiveness and safety of using active carbon feed additive (ACFA) when raising young quails. The object of the study is Texas white quail. Objectives of the study: to determine the effect of the studied feed additive on the main zootechnical indicators and the development of internal organs of quails. The studies were carried out according to standard methods for production studies of poultry feeding. We studied young Texas white quail, which were raised for meat, in the vivarium of the Krasnodar Scientific Center for Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine. The duration of the experiment was 42 days. The first group (control) received complete feed produced by Yuzhnaya Korona LLC without additives. The second received ACFA in a percentage of 0.1 % by weight of the feed during the entire experimental period, the third received the first 28 days of cultivation. Based on the results of the studies, it was revealed that the live weight of quails increased relative to the control by 6.9 (P
