The influence of the ideas of K. D. Ushinsky to the practice and theory of development of psychological processes of children with disabilities (HIA)

The article presents theoretical views of the development and formation of mental processes in the works of K. D. Ushinsky and their practical manifestation in educational institutions of the 20-30s of the twentieth century in specialized schools of Vyatka province and their transformation in the modern inclusive process.
