The influence of physical exercises on human organism and intellectual faculties

The present article is concerned with general and specially influence of physically exercises on human organism. The article reflects on the role, played by both humeral and nervous systems, as they control human organism. There are also research works of foreign scientists being quoted, that actually demonstrates and proves the correlation between human’s physical and intellectual side.
