The solution of the problems arising in the current economic systems of the national economy in full requires the consideration of globalization and its factors. The effect of globalization on the reproduction of human capital in the state economy is usually considered a relatively new object of study for Russian economists. To develop the leading directions and foundations of state regulation of the reproduction of human potential, it is necessary to comprehend these processes theoretically.
