It was found that a short 10 min cold stress led to inhibition of the formation of reactive oxygen species, while a model of 60 min and chronic cold stress to an increase in the severity of the respiratory explosion in macrophages. The dynamics of IL-1 secretion did not change statistically significantly against the background of cold stress variants used by us. At the same time, production of IL-10 was enhanced irrespective of the duration of cold stress. In both cases, when assessing the effect of stress on both the products of ROS and on the production of cytokines, the effect of cold exposure was completely or partially abolished by the administration of naloxone. The concentration of corticosterone in peripheral blood of mice against the background of blockade of opiate receptors did not change.
