The aim of this study was a comparative study of the effect of lisinopril and amlodipine therapy on systemic hypertension according to office measurements and daily monitoring of blood pressure in patients with SLE with the presence of hypertension. 40 patients with female SLE with the presence of AH of the I and II degrees were examined. Patients were divided into two subgroups for antihypertensive therapy with an ACE inhibitor (lisinopril) and a calcium antagonist (amlodipine). The dynamics of the results of daily monitoring of blood pressure are presented. It was revealed that therapy with lisinopril and amlodipine in patients with SLE with the presence of AH has a significant antihypertensive effect, which is manifested by a decrease in the average values of SAD and DBP in the daytime and at night, a decrease in the load of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the daytime and at night, and also in morning lift speed AD.
