Nevertheless, it does not mean that victim's behavior does not affect the offender's behavior and does not push an offender to commit the crime. The research demonstrates that the number of the victims with the behavior, deviating from the moral norms, which later on provoked a crime, is large. This aspect determines an importance of this topic.
