Currency control by customs authorities of the Russian Federation

Based on the analysis of existing definitions of currency control, the author's definition of such control is proposed. The regulatory framework was also analyzed, as well as changes in currency legislation in the field of currency control in the Russian Federation. The powers of the customs authorities in terms of the implementation of currency control were analyzed. A comparative analysis of the currency legislation of the EAEU member countries was carried out. The changes in the implementation of currency control by the customs authorities of the Russian Federation were analyzed.
